NOTICE – MEMBERS

 Enrollment eligibility all Bosch Permanent Associates of RBIN/BanP, RBIN/NhP, RBAI, RBEI - Koramangala, Bommanahalli, Electronics City & Bellandur and Bosch Rexroth are eligible to apply for membership. 

The Joint Director of Co Operative Societies, Bangalore Division, has Registered our Society under the Co-Operative Societies Act 1959 and Rules 1960. The jurisdictional area of our society will be Bangalore Urban Dist, Bangalore Rural Dist, Ramanagaram, Tumkur, Chikkaballapur & Kolar districts This is for the kind information of the members.

The Executive Committee of our Society has met and decided to form a Residential Layout as per the charter of our Society and as per the expectation of our members and their families. The land selected for this purpose is at Bidadi Industrial Area, which is at a distance of about 3 km from New BOSCH Unit, at Bidadi, 2 km from Bangalore – Mysore Highway and 1 km from Toyota Company and is behind Eagleton Resort compound.

Our New layout will be as per the Government norms and approval from BMICPA will be obtained. The sites will be of 30’x40’, 30’x50’, 40’x60’ and 50’x80’ dimensions.

Our Society has engaged experienced Engineers and Architects and as per the Technical Report, estimation and legal opinion the lands were purchased directly from the peasants by our approved and authorized Land developers, who in-turn will form the Layout as per Society’s requirement.

An Acre of land measures 43560 Sq.ft of area. As per the norms 23958 Sq.ft per acre is available for residential layout, the rest of the area is earmarked for roads, park, play grounds, Civic amenity sites, sites for public and semi public services etc.,

Allotment of Sites : As per the Co Op Societies Act and by-laws of our society, sites will be allotted to such members on seniority basis of depositing the first installment. The site will be made available to all the members of our society. The allotment will be done in a transparent manner. The installments/payments shall paid at the Society’s office during working hours, either by crossed cheque, Pay Order or DD only and due receipts will be issued to the members. As per the Co Op Society’s Act the Executive committee can also enroll Associate Members.

The total cost of the site should be remitted in FIVE equal installments as per the table mentioned below. The first installment will have to be remitted within 30 days from the date of this Notice. The members will be intimated in due course, the date of further installments. The Society is also trying to tie-up with Nationalized banks for Loan facilities and will be extended to desired members.

The Executive Committee has approximately fixed the rate at Rs. 699/- per Sft and accordingly the cost of different sites are as follows:

The Executive Committee has decided to complete the project within 15 months. The members are requested to co-operate by remitting the installments within the prescribed period, which will enable to complete the project within the stipulated period of 15 months. Otherwise there is chances of escalation of cost of each site and we request all the members not to give any scope for such an eventuality.

The First installment will have to be paid within the period i.e, from 01st June 2013 to 30th June 2013
As request received from all Bosch Associates the Board of Directors are decided to extend the date till 31st July 2013

Asphalted roads, separate Electricity, water, & sanitary connection to each site, Box drainage, rain water harvesting, septic tank, Over head tank, over head electrical line, street lights, planting of trees.

Facilities :

Swimming pool, well equipped club, community hall and any other facilities will be decided in due course.

The ID Card and Share Certificates will be issued from 01.06.2013 at the Society Office.

 Associated Membership will be allotted to the person who may be recommended by all Bosch Permanent Associates of RBIN/BanP, RBIN/NhP, RBAI, RBEI - Koramangala, Bommanahalli, Electronics City & Bellandur and Bosch Rexroth associates.
